We strive for your complete satisfaction. If you need to return your purchase, you can do so within 14 days from the date you received the goods.

Conditions for Return

A product of proper quality can be returned if it meets the following conditions:

  • Unused and in its original condition
  • Free from any signs of wear or contamination
  • All tags and labels attached

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our manager to confirm the return eligibility.
  2. Send the items to the following address within 14 days (excluding the day of receipt):

  3. Pack the items securely in a bag or box.

Quality Assurance

If the returned product shows signs of use or defects, or if the return deadline is not met, we reserve the right to refuse the return.

Refunds

Refunds are processed to the original payment method. Please note that the timing of the refund depends on your bank’s processing times.

Exchanges

For exchanges, please return the original item and place a new order. If you’re exchanging an item of inadequate quality, we will send a replacement after receiving the returned goods.

Costs

  • The buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs of products of proper quality.
  • The seller covers the return costs for goods of inadequate quality.

International Returns

For international returns, any duties and taxes incurred will be deducted from the refund amount.
